Seegarten Appartements Büsum are a 5-minute walk from the village centre with its many cafés and restaurants as well as the Meerzeit , spa facilities, harbour, medical centre and a pharmacy. The popular family lagoon with a sandy beach is an 8-minute walk away. The old building was built in 1984 and completely renovated in early 2017. All apartments are south-facing, overlooking the embankment (ground floor and first floor) or the sea (2nd and 3rd floor) and are accessible by lift/elevator. The in-house bridge will take you directly to the embankment. Due for completion in March 2018, the new building has 23 modern apartments with underfloor heating. In the basement of the new building and available to all guests is a spa with Finnish sauna, infrared-sauna, relaxation room and changing room for free use. Outside parking spaces and individual garages are available on site for a fee. Pets can be accommodated upon confirmation from the property in the old building on the ground floor and first floor.
